i have had a consistent stiff knee for about 3 years, could only walk and not run and my knee would be very uncomfortable after a long walk. This product is really a life changer for me. This is my 2nd bottle since November 2024. I can say with all honesty that it works. I'm not taking any other gout meds at all. The constant swelling and inflammation is gone. I do hope that other people will experience the same result.
